  • Rates are dependent upon the scope of work you are looking for. If you’re interested in a custom quote, please contact us.

  • Full-Service Social Media Management packages require a month-to-month contract that automatically renews but can be opted out of with advanced notice.

  • We are open to working with most industries; however, we prioritize businesses in the following fields:

    • Food & beverage (restaurants, cafes, wineries, breweries, etc.)

    • Retail (clothing boutiques, gift shops, consignment stores, etc.)

    • Tourism (hotels, bed and breakfasts, recreational activities, etc.)

  • For Full-Service Social Media Management clients, yes. Simply Social will need your Instagram password and will need to be added as an administrator on your Facebook business page (not your personal). Don’t worry, we’ll walk you through it!

    For Content Creation clients, no, we will not need to access your pages since the assets provided to you are yours to post as you please.

  • Simply Social no longer offers website design services, we focus on social media management.

  • At this time we do not offer TikTok services.

    Did you know that TikTok recommends posting multiple times per day for success? Facebook and Instagram has worked tremendously well for our small business clients!

  • Packages may include 4 to 5 posts per week. We don’t recommend posting every single day, as we prefer a quality-over-quantity strategy.

    This does not apply to stories, which expire after 24 hours and are different from traditional posts.

  • Yes! Posts include a mix of reels, photos, and graphics depending on the target audience’s preferences.

  • Yes! All content must be reviewed by clients before publishing to ensure that information is accurate and fits the business owner’s preferences.

    The only exception are occasional stories, included in select packages.

  • For Full-Service clients, it may take about 4 weeks after you accept our proposal before the first post goes live.

    We will do our best to get started as soon as possible, but we need some time to research your industry and audience, draft high-quality content, and clean up your accounts!

    For content creation clients, we typically deliver content within 2 weeks of the date of our photo/video shoot.
