  • Packages vary based on the business! If you’re interested in a custom quote, please contact us.

    Rates are dependent upon the location of the business and the scope of work you are looking for.

  • Full-Service Social Media Management packages require a month-to-month contract that automatically renews but can be opted out of with advanced notice.

    Content Creation packages do not require a contract.

  • We are open to working with most industries; however, we prioritize businesses in the following fields:

    • Food & beverage (restaurants, cafes, wineries, breweries, etc.)

    • Retail (clothing boutiques, gift shops, consignment stores, etc.)

    • Tourism (hotels, bed and breakfasts, recreational activities, etc.)

  • For Full-Service Social Media Management clients, yes. Simply Social will need your Instagram password and will need to be added as an administrator on your Facebook business page (not your personal). Don’t worry, we’ll walk you through it!

    For Content Creation clients, no, we will not need to access your pages since the assets provided to you are yours to post as you please.

  • Simply Social can create websites on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your vision so we can let you know if we’re a good fit to design it!

    We also provide copywriting services for blogs, email campaigns, websites, and other long-form written content platforms.

  • Since most of my clients are focusing on geographically targeting audiences in their area of work, we typically do not offer TikTok services.

    Did you know that TikTok recommends posting multiple times per day for success? This style of marketing is typically not as worthwhile for our clients as Instagram and Facebook marketing.

  • All Full-Service packages include as least 3 social media posts per week, but sometimes 4 to 5 posts per week if a client wishes for more. We don’t recommend posting every single day, as we prefer a quality-over-quantity strategy.

    This does not apply to stories, which expire after 24 hours and are different from traditional posts.

  • Yes! Posts include a mix of reels, photos, and graphics depending on the target audience’s preferences.

  • Yes! All content must be reviewed by clients before they are posted to ensure that information is accurate and fits the business owner’s style.

    The only exception are occasional stories. For example, if a consumer posts a photo of your business in a shoutout we will likely share that for you and thank them!

  • For Full-Service clients, it typically takes about 4 weeks after you accept our proposal before the first post goes live.

    We will do our best to get started as soon as possible, but we need some time to research your industry and audience, draft high-quality content, and clean up your accounts!

    For content creation clients, we typically deliver content within 2 weeks of the date of our photo/video shoot.
